How Find Flag Fix Works
A simple four-step process from report to resolution.
FIND
Spot something in your street or village that needs fixing, cleaning or clearing: a pothole, a blocked drain, dumped rubbish or unwanted graffiti.
FLAG
Report it through the app. Snap a photo, confirm location, and submit.
FIX
A real person checks your report. Then it goes on the public map with its date and status.
ON THE RECORD
Every report keeps its date, its status and how many days it has been open. Nothing is marked fixed until someone confirms it.
