The Process

From spotting an issue to verifying the repair, every step is transparent.

Spot something in your street or village that needs fixing, cleaning or clearing: a pothole, a blocked drain, dumped rubbish or unwanted graffiti.

Report it through the app. Snap a photo, confirm your location, and submit. Your report is instantly logged.

A real person checks your report. Then it goes on the public map with its date and status.

Every report keeps its date, its status and how many days it has been open. Nothing is marked fixed until someone confirms it.
